The design and construction of the Morvarid (Pearl) Tower is by Meerar Sazeh Afarinesh Company. The infrastructure of this tower is about 18,500 square meters and consists of 24 floors. Each floor has 3 units and the floors have 2-story and 3-story residential units. The construction of the structure is concrete and the entire construction took about 2 years.
