This tower is a commercial and office building located in the southeast corner of Jahan Kokad Square (District 3, Tehran).

Its architectural form, inspired by the number “1”, and its distinctive sloping roof with an angle of approximately 54 degrees create a unique and symbolic presence on the skyline.

The skylight itself is a hexagonal steel structure with a span of about 27 meters and a total area of ​​about 600 square meters, weighing approximately 60 tons.
